Itinerary
Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah – Ouarzazate – Dades Valley
Our journey will start at 8 a.m. with a prompt pick-up from your Marrakech accommodation. We will travel through the stunning High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi N´Tichka pass, where you will see Berber villages dotting the scenery, offering picturesque photo opportunities. We’ll explore the iconic Aït Ben Haddou Kasbah, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the backdrop for numerous blockbuster films. Then, we’ll venture to Ouarzazate, known as “The gate of the desert,” to marvel at the impressive Taourirt Kasbah. While en route to the Dades Valley, we’ll soak in the beauty of the Rose Valley and Skoura palm grove, where over 700,000 palms thrive.
Day 2: Dades Valley – Todra Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga (Overnight in the Sahara Desert)
After a delicious breakfast, embark on a journey to explore the spellbinding Dades Valley, which is famous for its mesmerizing rock formations and ancient Kasbahs. Marvel at the stunning Todra Gorges, where a leisurely walk will reveal towering red cliffs and the local village life. Proceed to Erfoud and Rissani to taste the authentic Moroccan cuisine before reaching Merzouga. Day 3: Merzouga – Rissani – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Ifrane – Fez

After breakfast, begin your journey northward, passing through the Tafilalet palm grove, which is the largest in the world.
